ABOUT
"Freedom passed me by as I dreamt on,
Slept through the conversation,
Dream lost in a day's work,
Days go by, as I sip my tea of life."
Ruber Cor - Chew
As she describes the meaning of her song Gone Around the Bend -"Remembering how a change of the inward can bring the change of the outward, by simply understanding the incomprehensible and letting go of the unnecessary.", we are already pulled and intertwined into her almost chimerical dance between surrealism and realism.
Born in South-East Europe, two months before the NATO bombing. At an early age, she learned about hardships of life, as much as the beauty in simplicity and little things, which can't be bought. Then she turned it into music.
Ruber Cor is a bluegill living in the sea. That is where the songs come from. A poetic scientist, a wanderer, and as it follows -
A storyteller with a lack of breath, patiently waiting for her stories to be shared with the rest.
